Headquartered in Pointe aux Canonniers, Mauritius, the Group is spearheaded by a passionate sole owner who serves as an active CEO with a dedicated core team.
From a modest start in 2005 with a single Destination Management Company but with exceptional intuition and competence, the company has since evolve into a group and holds as of 2021 no less than 10 entities, employing directly 100 individuals, managing 25,000+ tourists and completed successful real estate projects with more than 70 real estate transactions.
Today MyGroup’s reputation is well established locally and across borders. Our latest Property Development Scheme project, Mirari Villas & Spa has been recognised by the International Property Awards as the ‘Best Residential Development in Mauritius’ and ranked among the 5 best development in the African Continent demonstrate their allegiance to excellence.

Josian Deelawon
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Josian Deelawon is the true embodiment of the passionate autodidact. As young as 19, he discovered the exciting and demanding nature of the hospitality world, it is his enthusiasm and rigour for perfection that quickly propelled him to management position before he led a team with passion and created avant-garde concept that is today widely used across the industry. His epitome was the avant-garde concept of Premium All inclusive that he brought in at 5* Plus hotel on the south coast of Mauritius. He has also contributed significantly in the expansion of a hotel conglomerate from 200 to 700 rooms and the growth in turnover from MUR 225m to MUR 1 billion.
Since 2005, Josian launched himself as an entrepreneur by starting a destination management company with exceptional intuition and rigour and quickly expanded. Today, the DMC is managing 25,000 inbound tourists.
With a vision and flair he diversified and engaged himself in real estate developments. He has since completed two successful real estate projects with 65+ real estate transactions. A passionate bespoke developer, who accepts nothing less but perfection.
Today, his reputation is well established. His competence, flair and accomplishments testify to making Josian a seasoned entrepreneur.
Nitish Oomah
Chief Financial Officer
A professional accountant, with more than a decade experience and international exposure. Nitish has worked and audited multinational companies notably across different countries in Africa.
He, today spearheads the accounting department of the group and manages the financial portfolio including all new investments appraisal and opportunities.
